Meet Mike Williams, the dynamic force behind our franchise. A proud alumnus of Florida State University, Mike brings his marketing expertise to the table, making him a key player in our operations. But that’s not all! Before joining Pillar To Post, Mike was at the helm of a commercial painting company for 13 years, honing his leadership skills and business .

Relocated to Florida in 2014 to marry Mike

After I started marketing our business, I figured out that the “personality traits” you want in your home inspector are the same as the “personality traits” you want in a spouse (honesty, integrity, level-headedness, patience).

All of our kiddos are grown.

We have a special needs daughter who is 23. She keeps me on my toes and I’m super thankful that she’s finally learned that calling 911 is only for true emergencies.

Married to Brian with twin daughters and three grandsons, Jeans excels in customer service. When not coordinating inspections, she enjoys reading, sewing, and crafts.
